Our approach
Built with clinical care, and without shame.
Ozeli is created by a gynaecologist working with a multidisciplinary clinical lens — gynaecology, clinical psychology, pelvic-floor physiotherapy and sexual-health therapy. It is warm, discreet, and sensitive to the realities women face in India.
Ozeli is educational and supportive — it is not a diagnosis, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care. Please consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to you.
Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
Ozeli is a private wellness platform for adult women to understand and care for their intimate and sexual wellbeing. It offers confidential self-assessments, educational courses, a moderated community, and the ability to ask questions to a clinical team — all in a warm, judgement-free space. It is for education and self-understanding, not a medical diagnosis.
Ozeli is designed for women aged 21 and above. Its content addresses adult topics in intimate and sexual health, so it is not intended for minors.
Yes — privacy is central. You can use the assessments and read content without an account; registration is needed only for community features. Your data is handled securely under India's DPDP Act 2023, never sold, and you can export or permanently delete it at any time.
No. Ozeli is educational and supportive, not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. It can help you understand your experience and prepare for a conversation with a qualified professional.
Common areas include changes in desire, discomfort or pain, distress about intimacy, and the effect of relationships and wellbeing on sexual health. Ozeli helps you reflect on these privately and points you toward appropriate support.
Yes. Ozeli uses recognised, validated questionnaires used in women's health research (for example the Female Sexual Function Index and the Female Sexual Distress Scale), presented in plain language. Results are educational indicators, not diagnoses.

Ozeli includes a gentle safety check. If your responses suggest you may be struggling, it will show helpline resources and encourage reaching out for support. You are never alone, and help is available.
Helpline resources shown include iCall (TISS), Vandrevala Foundation, and Tele-MANAS (Government of India).
Yes. Questions submitted through Ozeli are reviewed and answered by a clinical team. Answers are general and educational, and do not replace a personal consultation.
No. Community posts are anonymous, and are reviewed by our team before they appear, to keep the space safe and respectful for everyone.
Ozeli is currently free to use as we grow, in beta. Some services may be introduced in future; we will always be clear about what is free and what is not.
